SIAHA, 04 December 2025: The Lyuva Khutla Festival Organising Board today held a meeting at the CEM Conference Hall, MADC Siaha, and confirmed that Lyuva Khutla 2026 will be celebrated for the first time at the Siaha District Football Association (SDFA) Playground, Meisatlâh, Siaha, Mizoram.
The festival is scheduled to be held on Friday, 13 February (Hmypi), 2026. Shri M. Laikaw, Hon’ble Chief Executive Member, Mara Autonomous District Council, will grace the occasion as the Azipa (Chief Guest).
