1. Open the Facebook app on your device.
2. Switch to your Page profile by tapping your profile icon and selecting your Page.
3. Tap the menu (☰) or go to the Professional Dashboard.
4. Select Settings & Privacy, then tap Settings.
5. Under Page Setup, tap Page Access.
6. Tap Add New.
7. Choose the type of access you want to grant:
• Facebook Access (full control, including admin privileges)
• Task Access (limited permissions such as managing content, messages, or ads)
8. Enter the person’s name or email address.
9. Select the appropriate role, then tap Give Access.
10. Enter your password to confirm the changes.
