Star Indian footballer and Captain of National Football team, Bhaichung Bhutia is all set to give the country a Football school, called Bhaichung Bhutia Football School.
Bhaichung Bhutia, popularly known as “Sikkimese Sniper”, will open the school in partnership with Carlos Queiroz, a renowned manager from Portugal.
“It will be a non-residential school and I will get a ground in Delhi on lease. 30 per cent of children will be from underprivileged section and the other 70 per cent will have to pay fee. There will be tie-ups with some schools and NGOs to get the children. For the underprivileged ones, NGOs like Magic Bus will provide them.
Bhaichung Bhutia does not want to restrict himself to New Delhi and wants to expand the project and set up schools in Mumbai, Bangalore and Noida as well. Read more
