you did not cancel my flights and refund me my fare as you promised. your employee at aizawl Lengpuii airport told me he cancelld the flights but the refund has not goe to my account i am very dissapointed oncea gain with kingfisher airlines. The flights cancelled were: IT-2814 Aizawl to Kolkata on24 April 2011 PNR OFSADJ / Return: IT-2813 PNR ISQUUK KOlkata to Aizawl on 01 May 2011.
I was in hospital a long time and have only just checked my bank account. I trusted you to keep your word and refund me, instead you have left me very dissapointed.
