Sixth Pay Commission: Meeting of majdoor sangh begins at DLW
VARANASI: The two-day meeting of the executive committee of Bharatiya Railway Majdoor Sangh began at the Technical Training
Centre of the Diesel Locomotive Works (DLW) on Monday.
The meeting has been organised to discuss various issues related to privatisation of Railway, outsourcing, disparities in the recommendations of the Sixth Pay Commission, grade pay and the ways to determine incentive rate.
According to the executive president of DLW Majdoor Sangh, RK Singh, the meeting would be followed by two-day convention of the technical employees at the community hall of DLW on November 11 and 12.
The general secretary of Bharatiya Majdoor Sangh, K Laxmareddy, will attend the convention as the chief guest. Mayor Kaushalendra Singh would also attend the convention.
