Ever need to send a fax, but think you can’t because you don’t have a fax machine?
Thanks to the Internet, you don’t need a fax machine in order to send a fax.
Based on your faxing needs and what you can afford, find an Internet Faxing Service Provider and sign up for an account.

Step 2
Now, for the purposes of this example, say I needed to complete, sign and fax a W-9 form to a company.
Complete and sign the form.
Step 3
Using your scanner or all-in-one printer, scan the form.
Step 4
Once you’ve scanned it, save it on your computer as a .PDF or .Doc document OR save it as a .TIF or .JPG image.
Step 5
Log into your internet faxing account.
Follow faxing instructions to upload your saved document or image.
Send your fax.

GotFreeFax.com also allows user to send free fax online to the US and Canada. User can either upload a PDF/Word file or enter text to fax. Plus, it does NOT add Ads to user’s fax and is suitable for faxing formal documents.

Internet faxing is a great asset to your business or even for home. It is inexpensive, saves paper, toner and time. It also keeps you extremely organized as all faxes go to your email. It took me a while to make the switch but I am glad I did. I tried ring central’s free-trial and am happy with their services. I also tried myfax and was also satisfied!
