Who will be held responsible if our children do not get admission in any of the colleges in India because they are still waiting for their mark sheet and consequently they will academically lose one year. Several students along with their parents are anxiously awaiting their results. There is no response nor explanation from the Indian Board as to why they have said the results are withheld.
